Frequently asked questions

Are your meals made to order? Yes, they can be. I can adjust meals to most dietary needs.

Can I order weekly? Yes, you can. This is the best way and the best value, as I offer weekly meals for you to choose from. I offer at least two soup options (my personal favorite to make year-round), plus meals like my specialty mini meatloaves and other traditional dishes, along with a comforting, light dessert. 

Do you deliver, or how can I pick up my food? I can deliver to most areas in Lakeland for an slight additional fee

Can you help me learn to prepare some simple meals for myself? I would ABSOLUTELY love to. This is my favorite part: teaching others to take charge of their meal preparations. 

Do my meals come frozen or fresh?  Both are an option.

May I order extra? Absolutely, I have an option for "left overs" where I will make the meal a bit larger so you have extra that is easy to reheat.  

How do your meals help with the challenges of being a caregiver?

Caring for a spouse with dementia while managing your own responsibilities can be overwhelming. My individual meals help by providing a reliable source of healthy food, reducing the need for daily cooking and grocery shopping. This frees up your time and mental energy, allowing you to focus on yourself and your loved one.

What sets me apart is my dedication to homemade quality and the personal touch. My influence is rooted in the Hawaiian Islands, especially the Island of Maui, where I lived and worked in the culinary field for many years before moving to Florida to be closer to my own mother, who was living with late-stage Dementia. All of my meals are crafted with fresh, healthy ingredients to not only fill your stomach but also your spirit.
